This early morning fitness class is just the thing to kick off the end of the week. This class focuses on build a strong core using a variety of methods including, but not limited to, bands and TRX to enable you to delve deeper into your yoga practice. Come prepared to work your entire body through core focused movement.
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a 45 minute class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. The music and moves frequently change to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
CycleFusion is a one hour class designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and improve balance and mobility. You start with an intense, 20 minute, cardiovascular blast on the cycle. This ride is designed to push you to your limits. On to the mat with 40 minutes of a structured yoga class. The series includes sun salutations, standing poses, inversions, and seated poses, which are linked by a vinyasa sequence.
