This 45 minute class focuses on build a strong core using a variety of methods including, but not limited to, pilates, bands and TRX. Come prepared to work your entire body through core focused movement. All levels welcome.
CyclFusion is a 60 minute class designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and improve balance and mobility. You start with an intense, 20 minute, cardiovascular blast on the cycle. This ride is designed to push you to your limits. On to the mat with 40 minutes of a structured yoga class. The series includes sun salutations, standing poses, inversions, and seated poses, which are linked by a vinyasa sequence. All levels welcome.
This 60 minute class includes 20 minutes of cardio conditioning on the stationary bike; 20 minutes of interval training building strength as you challenge and condition your entire body; and finally, 20 minutes of alignment and recovery through active stretching and yoga. This quick and efficient workout completes the "Trilogy" model of fitness created by Lisa Barlow that includes: cardio, strength training, and mobility.
